Technique guarantee for key process
1.Top and bottom combined blowing process is adopted in steelmaking. Microcomputer control and automatic N/Ar change-over are used in bottom air-supply. Sub-lance dynamic control is used in steelmaking to improve hitting rate at the final.
2.Adopt slag carry over detecting technique to improve purity of liquid steel.
3.Refining with ladle furnace to ensure narrow composition control and low phosphorous and sulfur content and inclusion content.
4.Cast without oxidation protection for the whole progress to reduce inclusion. Use soft reduction segment control technique to reduce segregation and center porosity and modify organization.
5.Automatic width control (AWC) and roll gap control (electric APC + hydraulic APC) are adopted on rough rolling mill to ensure the control accuracy of width and thickness.
6.Rough rolling mill adopts advanced profile and thickness control system and finishing temperature control to ensure the size accuracy, profile and finishing temperature of strip.
7.The cooling system after rolling adopts the combination of ultra-fast cooling and conventional laminar cooling, and 18 cooling sections. Its temperature control range (200~650℃) is big so that the coiling temperature can be controlled accurately and the stability of properties can be ensured.
8.We have already passed TS16949 quality system certification.
